Booking Policies
Retainers and Payments
A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due no later than the beginning of the session.
No Refunds
All retainers and payments are nonrefundable. Clients are always welcome to reschedule and transfer the amount paid to another available date.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Payments may be transferred one time to a new available date.
Same-Day Bookings
Same-day appointments include an additional $25 fee and are subject to availability and approval.
Proofs and Edits
Clients receive a private proof gallery and select the photographs included with their package for professional editing.
Turnaround
Plan and Focus final edits are delivered within 1–36 hours after image selections are submitted. Other package turnaround times are listed with the package.
